ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we offer a 21-Day Full Refund Return. Item(s) being returned must be unworn, in original condition with all tags and packaging.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE TO AVOID CANCELLATION OR ADDITIONAL FEES.
To initiate a return, please email info@shopnobelle.com to request a Return Authorization. When requesting an RA, include all items from your transaction that you would like to return with a full description of item, your order number and reason for return. Please allow up to 48 hours for your return request to be received and approved.
A few exceptions to our return policy:
- All discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in original condition with tags (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- No returns are accepted on all Accessories; specifically, Jewelry, Handbags, Hats, Scarves and Home Accessories.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition of the item(s).
